Cancellation Policy
We want to ensure your satisfaction with every order, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order:
- Cancellation Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
- How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at Info@oharapetals.ae as soon as possible. Provide your order number and cancellation request.
- Refund After Cancellation: If the order is successfully canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.
